what are the health dangers of far infrared saunas?

My mother is very much concerned about me using infrared saunas on daily basis, every now and then she tells me not to use this. Are there health dangers of far infrared sauna therapy? What kind of steps I should take to be out of these health effects dangers of far infrared sauna therapy.
