Which should I prefer infrared sauna or hot rock steam sauna?

I want to use sauna for in my bathroom. I am bit confused with the various types of sauna available in the market. I have seen infrared sauna that do the heating without using the steam. And other hot rock steam sauna uses water and steam to increase the room temperature. Some people are telling infrared sauna are best to use and some preferred to steam sauna. I want suggestion from you which one I should buy. Please suggest.

andrews 		Hi, Infrared sauna is used to reduce the weight. It is a good option for the people who want to lose weight by just sitting in a room. There are number of infrared sauna available in the market. Infrared sauna is very different from hot rock steam sauna. Infrared saunas are more comfortable as it does not use steam. It works by increasing the body’s core temperature which removes harmful toxins through a deeper sweat.
In hot rock steam sauna it uses steam to heat the room temperature. Sometime it makes you feel uncomfortable and difficult to breathe due the steam. It makes the room very hot which make you sweat too much. I would suggest you to use far infrared sauna that is well ventilated and makes you feel comfortable and relaxing. It is also an innovative way to get healthy and reduce weight.
