Which is better Carbon heater or Ceramic heaters in infrared sauna?

Hi friends, my currently weight is 120 kg and I want to reduce my weight at any cost but I don’t know yet how to overcome this problem. Of late my friend suggests me to use infrared sauna heaters and also tell me about their benefits. I’m so eager to buy as soon as possible but I don’t know which is better to buy either Carbon heater or Ceramic heater. If someone knows about that which would be suitable for me then please recommend me to choose good one.

Indeed using infrared sauna heater for weight loses is a good procedure but it is very difficult to differentiate between carbon heater and ceramic heater. Infrared saunas are the innovative way to get all the healthy and long- lasting benefits of a sauna.

Infrared saunas heater is used to make you feel more comfortable that is more beneficial to you. Of course there are several types of infrared heaters that are used in infrared saunas such as Carbon and Ceramic heaters. Carbon infrared sauna heaters are the less common type of heater than ceramic heater. The more important features are their surface area and volume of the heater. Carbon heaters are flexible and less fragile than ceramic infrared heaters. There are lots of carbon infrared sauna benefits if you use it.

Instead of carbon benefits, the Ceramic heaters are the most popular type of heaters as it provides high emissive that is degree with which material can emit electromagnetic waves and have large surface area as well as it having lower temperatures and more efficient energy.
