What would be the ideal temperature for using infrared sauna?

I am suffering from back pain and therefore I want to use Infrared sauna. But what would be the ideal temperature for sitting in an infrared sauna and for how long I can sit in an infrared sauna so that I couldn’t have any other problem.

anniceava 		The infrared sauna works on the principle of heat radiation and it warms the body and not the surrounding air. Unlike traditional sauna, that warms the body by heating the surrounding air and the ideal temperature for the traditional saunas range from 170-190 F. Sometimes the temperature inside the traditional sauna may be above 200 F. A single session inside the traditional sauna would be about 15-20 minutes.

An infrared sauna is safer and convenient than conventional sauna and the single session inside the infrared sauna would be about 30-35 minutes because the temperature inside the infrared sauna is easy to tolerate as the infrared sauna directly heats the body and not the surrounding air. The ideal infrared sauna temperature is lower than conventional sauna ranging from 110 to 130 F. The infrared heat penetrated deep inside the tissues and provides maximum health benefits. As the temperature is lower, people can stay in the infrared sauna for longer period of time and can be more benefited as more steam will produce and more toxins will remove out of the body.

Due to this ideal temperature, about 2-3 times more sweat are produced in the infrared sauna as compared to the traditional sauna. Also, infrared sauna does not have any kind of rocks and there is no chance of steam shocks as compared to the traditional sauna. With far infrared sauna, there is no risk of dehydration and other side effects. But for those who have heart disease or high blood pressure should consult their doctors before using infrared sauna.
