What are the negative effects of infrared sauna?

I want to use infrared sauna for losing my weight. My age is 42 years old and also overweight. I have tried so many times to wake in the morning and go for jogging. I also tried some exercise for reducing my weight but it does not work. I have heard about the infrared sauna bath. It removes the toxins and relaxes the body. As I am overweight I also suffer from joint pain and muscles pain. I know it gives relief from all these problems but I want to know what the negative effects of infrared sauna are. For how long I can use infrared sauna so that it will not affect my health. Do I have to stop using infrared sauna if I am suffering from major health problem?

You can feel relax and fresh after having infrared sauna bath. The body produces sweat during the infrared sauna bath which removes all the toxins present in the body. It increases the body temperature that has healing qualities. You should know how to use the infrared sauna to avoid some side effects.
There are some negative effects of infrared sauna that include excessive sweating that can result in exhaustion of electrolytes and minerals, overheating and dehydration. The rays which come from the infrared can also interfere with the natural healing process of some acute injuries like sprained ankles. In obese people can cause dilation of skin pores due to stretching of the skin. If the body is exposed for long time to infrared radiations there can be negative effects of infrared sauna on person’s body. To prevent all these side effects you should be taking balanced diet and proper hydration.
