What are the miraculous weight loss effects of Far Infrared sauna?

Looking to buy infrared sauna but before that wanted to know that how infrared sauna is effective for weight loss? Is it best for weight loss? How infrared sauna promote weight loss?

Infrared sauna has been used since many years due to its tremendous health benefits. Infrared sauna is advantageous in many forms. It promote weight loss, relieves pain and stress, improves cardiovascular functioning, improves immune system, reduces skin problems like scars, burns, eczema, acne and aging. As far as the infrared sauna weight loss effect is concerned, it promotes weight loss in many ways:
