What are the detoxification benefits of a far infrared sauna?

Right now my weight is around 90 pounds. I do exercise to reduce my weight. Now I want to infrared sauna bath to reduce my weight. I want to know from those who have used infrared sauna about the health and detoxification benefits. How long I should sit in an infrared sauna to get the best result? Is there any danger if I sit for around one hour? Please give some useful suggestion.

Hi, Using Infrared sauna makes you lose extra calories from your body without doing much hard work. It is most comfortable and easy way to lose weight. You only have to buy the infrared sauna kit and install it in your bathroom. Rest of the work your infrared sauna will do it. There are many health and detoxification benefits of infrared sauna. An infrared sauna works by heating the objects. It is easier to breathe when you use infrared sauna as compared to steam sauna. In steam sauna it uses water and steam that makes it difficult to breath. The study has shown that the sweat which is produced during conventional sauna is around 95 percent water. But in infrared sauna there is 80 percent water and also contains harmful toxins, cholesterol and unwanted chemical and mineral substances that prevent our immune system from functioning properly. You should sit in a sauna for 10 to 30 minutes. It can affect your body if it exceed more than 90 minutes for a single session.
