Traditional Sauna or Far-Infrared Sauna. Which is better?

I am looking forward to buy an infrared sauna heater in order to get rid of my health related issues. But I am totally confused whether to go for traditional sauna or FIR sauna. So, please suggest me which one is more advantageous and why?

Infrared sauna has some distinct advantage over traditional sauna. Infrared sauna warms the body just like the natural sunlight. Infrared heaters utilize the wavelength of visible and non-visible spectrum of light which heats the body normally. In contrast to this, traditional saunas raise the temperature of the surroundings to heat the body. Due to which some people have the problem of breathing in extreme warm atmosphere. However, FIR sauna warms the body directly and its heat penetrates deep into the tissue. Using FIR sauna is advantageous in every respect. The body receives all the health benefits avoiding the harmful hot air of traditional sauna.

Also, traditional sauna increase the growth of bacteria in the humid atmosphere but infrared sauna creates a healthy environment. It heats the body directly and does not heat the surrounding air. FIR saunas are safe for all ages of people. Moreover, FIR saunas are more economical than traditional sauna. It has ability to warm the temperature within 10 minutes whereas traditional sauna takes at least an hour. This helps to save energy. FIR saunas are easy to install and afford than traditional sauna. Infrared sauna are more energy efficient than traditional sauna. The health benefits of FIR sauna are numerous as compared to traditional saunas. These are most often used in the treatment of drug addiction, weight loss, skin problem, cardiovascular problem and many more.
