How infrared sauna helps to prevent fibromyalgia symptoms?

I am 30 years old house wife. From last two weeks I am suffering from muscle pain. I am feeling pain from head to toe. I feel headache and frustration when the pain becomes excessive. When the pain starts in my muscles then I am not able to work or stand properly. Last night I also had irritable bowel disorders which have increased my pain in the joint. I have consulted with my family doctor and he said it is the symptom of fibromyalgia. He has prescribed some medicines and painkiller. I have installed infrared sauna in my house. I want to know whether I can use infrared sauna in this condition or not. Will infrared sauna fibromyalgia be effective for the muscles? Please suggest me.
