Dangers of infrared saunas, how to avoid all the dangers related to using of far infrared saunas?

As there are benefits of far infrared saunas there must be dangers associated with all the therapy measures related to infrared saunas. I am very much concerned about how to avoid the dangers associated with all the process of this heating therapy? What processes I should apply to avoid the dangers of infrared therapy.

Danger of Far Infrared Saunas:

Proper and accurate use of infrared sauna for availing health benefits will not create any danger for you. Infrared saunas danger only occurs when user doesn’t properly follow the instructions which are mentioned in manual. But when you are talking about infrared sauna dangerous aspects then here some of danger of infrared sauna is mentioned so that you can save yourself from any kind of infrared sauna danger: -

Dehydration: – Excessive use of infrared sauna helps in excessive increment of detoxifications and sweating process inside the body. Excessive sweating can dehydrate your body.
