Can I use infrared sauna if I am suffering from thyroid problem?

I have thyroid problem from last six month. I am taking medicine and going for regular checkups. I am also little bit overweight so I have problem in joint. It sometime starts paining in the joint muscle and other parts of the body. My friend is also having joint pain problem and he is using infrared sauna. Now he is feeling relief from the pain and looks more fit and comfortable. He has advised me to use infrared sauna thyroid. I am bit confused so I want to ask can I use infrared sauna if I am suffering from thyroid problem. Is there any side-effect of using infrared sauna? Can I also lose weight if I use infrared sauna bath? Please suggest me.

bolinger 		Infrared sauna is one of the best to way to lose weight. You don’t have to heavy exercises to reducing weight. Because of overweight problem many other health problems occur. One of them is thyroid. If you lose weight, the thyroid problem can also be reduced. You can use infrared sauna thyroid for treating thyroid problem. Infrared sauna uses the electromagnetic radiation that produces heat energy without carrying ultraviolet rays.

There are different types of sauna is available in the market like dry sauna, infrared sauna, smoke saunas, smoke sauna and stem sauna. You can choose any of them. According to me infrared sauna is best because it uses dry air and you will not feel any breathing problem. Some people gets breathing problem because of stem and smoke air. There is time limit to use infrared sauna of 30 to 45 minutes. If you use more than that then there may be some side effects like weakness and dehydration. If you use daily infrared sauna thyroid then you will surly lose weight.
